Natural Vaginal Thrush Treatment

It is like a loud heartbeat in my ear…it has been happening on and off for about 2 years now. I did a little searching online and it said it could be pulsatile tinnitus….has anyone else been diagnosed with this,and how does the doc check to see if that is what you have? also…it is in my right ear,and if I press on my neck below my ear it stops…is that weird?
